简介：槐坎南方水泥是中建材建设的二代干法水泥智能化全国示范线，实现了高度的智能化，达到了世界领先水平。其中全自动化验室便是使用的是ITECA全自动化验室，整个全自动化验室配置有出磨生料、入窑生料、热生料、出窑熟料等多个取样点，实现了自动取样、自动输送、自动制样和分析，包含在线游离钙分析仪、在线分解率分析仪，出磨生料在线粒度分析仪，为智能化控制提供了及时可靠的质量数据。全自动化验室建成后，系统运行稳定、检测数据准确，实现了生产过程控制检测无人化的目标。

Introduction: Huai’an Southern Cement is a second-generation, fully automated, intelligent dry-process cement production demonstration line built by CNBM Construction, achieving a high degree of智能化 and reaching world-leading standards. The fully automated laboratory at this facility is equipped with ITECA’s fully automated laboratory system, which features multiple sampling points for raw meal exiting the mill, raw meal entering the kiln, hot raw meal, and clinker exiting the kiln. This setup enables automated sampling, automated conveyance, automated sample preparation, and automated analysis, including online free calcium analyzers, online decomposition rate analyzers, and online particle size analyzers for raw meal exiting the mill, thereby providing timely and reliable quality data to support intelligent process control. Since the commissioning of the fully automated laboratory, the system has operated stably, with highly accurate analytical results, successfully realizing the goal of unmanned monitoring and control throughout the production process.
