Introduction: The Wuhu Southern Cement fully automated laboratory is the first of its kind commissioned by ITECA at Guoneng, put into operation in 2019. The system encompasses multiple sampling points—covering mill‑exit raw meal, kiln‑inlet raw meal, hot raw meal, clinker, and coal powder—and enables automated sampling, conveyance, sample preparation, and analysis. It includes an online free calcium analyzer, an online decomposition rate analyzer, and an online particle size analyzer for mill‑exit raw meal, providing timely and reliable quality data to support intelligent process control. Since its completion, the fully automated laboratory has demonstrated stable operation and highly accurate analytical results, successfully achieving the goal of unmanned monitoring and control throughout the production process.
